This is a fantastic opportunity to become our Head of Marketing, leading all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects.
Head of Marketing responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals. If you’re a skilled Marketing strategist, able to inspire your team members, we’d like to meet you.

Our vision is to be the go-to brand for learning about digital signage. This is a chance to play a central part in our ambitious brand plans, it’s going to be quite an adventure.
Reporting to the COO, you will:
Manage a growing team of 4 (currently) that spans paid media, customer comms, design, website development, data analysis and outbound sales development
Define the strategies for all Marketing disciplines, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
Set, monitor and report on team goals
Analyse consumer behaviour
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
Be responsible for hitting agreed targets including traffic, trialists, sign-ups and enterprise leads.
Work closely with the COO and the other Founders, to shape the future vision of the marketing function , as well as the broader company itself.
Work closely with the Head of Content to ensure performance marketing and brand marketing works in unison.
Requirements:
A background in B2B SaaS is essential, ideally within a company that was at over $10m in ARR by the time you left.
Experience running successful marketing campaigns in a Saas business
Strong performance marketing bias, with good analytical skills
Management of a marketing team
Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
A background in setting financial and marketing budgets and targets
Technically adept: you will be comfortable discussing technology and will have worked with or integrated several SaaS products in a previous role
